Have you witnessed the "hell on earth" found in the Phnom Penh city dump? Please take a few minutes and join us on the dump by viewing our second short film, "Trashed in Cambodia". Thanks to a unique partnership with non-profit organizations already working among the dump community, God has paved a way for the Cambodia dump families to be rescued, relocated and provided with the means to begin a new life outside the garbage dump. It is the goal of Trash Mountain Project to raise enough financial resources in 2010 and 2011 to relocate all families and provide homes, animals for farming income and nutritional resources, as well as various educational opportunities. Please consider helping this disparaged community by donating your time, resources or talents. Every effort helps to save lives otherwise lost to starvation, disease, abuse, and occupational hazard. Teams to return to Cambodia will be forming in late 2010 for our return journey in the fall of 2011. Interested in joining us in our mission to Cambodia? Contact: brett@trashmountain.com. Please include the following in your email: name, age, city and state of home address, prior missions or ministry experience, as well as why you are interested in serving with Trash Mountain Project. Honduras 2011 Trash Mountain Project will be returning to Tegucigalpa, Honduras 2-3 times throughout 2011! All trips will be focused on sharing the love of Jesus Christ with the children and families of Trash Mountain Honduras. We will be building homes for the families, conducting medical/dental clinics, organizing sports camps and other outreach events and will be setting up feeding stations on the dump itself. If you are interested in joining the TMP team for a future trip to Trash Mountain Honduras, please contact Brett Durbin at brett@trashmountain.com Trash Mountain Project has lead mission teams to Santiago, Dominican Republic to serve the children and families of Trash Mountain throughout 2010! We are partnering with Topeka Bible Church, Fellowship Bible Church and Access Church throughout the coming months and years on our DR Project. Our teams will be working with the "Kids with a Hope" ministry that serve the needs of children that live in the dump community surrounding the Santiago garbage dump. TMP, with our church partners, has assessed the ministry needs and has begun a long-term mission project to build out the Kids with a Hope facilities including a nursery, library, cafeteria, showers, and greater classroom space. This will be an incredible opportunity to share the love of Christ with the children of Trash Mountain Santiago. If you are interested in going with TMP on a future journey to the Dominican Republic, please contact Brett Durbin. Currently, trips are being planned for late 2010 & 2011, and will be on our website soon! Contact: brett@trashmountain.com Cambodia
